About Us
Dr. Trisha Barakat
Dr. Trisha Barakat grew up in West Des Moines, IA. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 1992 with a BA degree and then went on to earn her doctorate degree in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. She began practicing with her late father in 1996 and in 1997 she was awarded "Most Outstanding New Member" of the Iowa Chiropractic Society. In her spare time she enjoys boating in Okoboji with her husband, Rob and daughter, Alexa.

We are dedicated to offering the best chiropractic care for you and your entire family. Our philosophy is to get you better quickly. We believe if you're not 50% better in two weeks we will make the appropriate referral. You deserve quality chiropractic care along with a life-changing event. More care does not equal better care. Your treatment will be individualized and personal to suit your needs. The most likely result will be renewed spinal and general health.
Dr. John Barakat
The late, Dr. John Barakat graduated from Simpson College in 1968 where he earned a B.S. degree. He later went on to earn a Masters and Specialist in Education degrees. He was in the teaching profession for ten years when he decided to go to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated from in 1981. Dr. John passed away on May 22, 2014.
